NG+ feature currently doesn't offer anything new that you couldn't find base game. I think it only allows you to play in a new save file with an already saved MC (like going through the game again with a maxed-out MC to easily mog everything). Anything you could find will be saved in the gallery, and there's no secret.
Only does the dev know. I hope whatever comes next won't too long from now. I'm excited to see more stuff from this

The dev is currently going area by area and talking about the choices they made and the inspirations. They’re not actively telling us what the new content is or when it’s coming. But they have mentioned it’s being worked on.
He did specifically mention adding two more enemies in the swamp, as well as more character customization options, which probably means another clothing option or two for Leila.
I never noticed that but you can use that tentacle item to immediately give you back enlarged breasts.
Honestly I just want more enemy content mainly for the DLC. The addition of the spiders was good, but wish they would have been given an entire level instead of demoted to sub boss status. The mushroom/plant mutants could also be flushed out with their own area.
I hope the dev gives us back the centipedes as they were the freakiest creatures in the original.
When you use that item and give her the enlarged breasts again, her animations go back to being the hand-over-tummy ones... Very minor bug that I hope I can do something to fix x_x
