Overall, the update brought some new scenes and enemies, but nothing that adds to the story or the gameplay experience, maybe in the future we'll have something really big and a true game ending.

From what I read in a comments on Ci-en's site, Nennai and his team plan to add a lot of things to the game in the future, but for now they are focusing on releasing the Steam version and creating an R18 patch for Steam. Nennai said that creating an R18 patch won't be that easy, first they have to remove the adult content from the game, then create a patch to restore it, and all of that has to work.

I think Steam is a wast of time and a very bad idea to put adult games there, I don't use Steam, but I think it's just about making more money on Steam. On DLsite since April 2025 they made 1.700.000 dollars from selling SiNiSistar2, so you know...

Yes (I'm Brazilian) nothing is more original than trying to conquer the American market lol, I follow their development in Ci-en site, trying to make more money on Steam is understandable, I just don't understand why change the game's aesthetics, it almost seems like they want to keep the game R14 or lower lol.

Like I said, it's just a waste of time. Who removes adult content from porn game for adults, to just sell it on Steam? They won't make that big money without adult content, and for R18 patch, you have to buy it on DLsite, because they won't be allowed to sell R18 patch on Steam... The same thing was with their first game, the SiNiSistar Lite Version is on Steam, but R18 patch is on DLsite, and later they added Lite Version on DLsite too, because I think Steam sales were low.

Perhaps they think like this: Let's create a horror game where the protagonist dies without rape, sex or gore scenes, and when our buyer sees that this is the "family-friendly" version and that the original is an adult game, they'll want to buy the adult game for a higher price.

Like what you commented, it really doesn't make any sense for them to want to do that. I don't know of a single gore or sex game that had a different image after a lighter version was released.

Without Adult content my guess is that most of the death scenes will be pure and grotesque gore (even for enemies that don't have gore related defeat CGs)

I imagine it's more about the enemies using their weapons, but instead of showing decapitation, it's a game over the exact moment Lelia falls lifeless to the ground, without showing her decapitated head or multiple blood, enemies that don't have a gore attack mode will be replaced by those that already do, essentially repeating a bunch of enemies.

Sinisistar Naked Mod for ver. 1.21

A new version came out, so I worked on it in a hurry.
Fortunately, the old image was available, so the work was completed faster than I thought.
Also, I feel very fortunate that the new version is added, especially the original asset of the arm.

I haven't played the content completely yet either, so there might be some bugs.
Please try it and let me know if there are any bugs.
I can't guarantee when the modification will be completed because I'm busy these days, but I'll try to work as much as I can.


Brief info
Skyclad mod is a mod that removes all of Lelia's clothes, shoes, and vails.
Using Skyclad mod, Lelia will be wearing nothing unless the anti-bug settings are applied to the system.
The rest of the mod on the link is basically mod that converts to Skyclad when the provided official outfit is broken.
However, there may be a systemic bug that does not fully reflect the cg output depending on the clothes damage condition.

Patches
I tried AI (Nano Banana) for CG with legs coming out like Bobel, and Haanja's zombie scene.
I definitely liked the bobel scene more than when I used the GPT before, so I completely filled it out.
But the zombie scene seemed ambiguous to me, so I included both versions for now.

If you don't like the AI version, I've included both versions so you can switch to the original (the default is the AI version)
Rename each mod's portrait - *folder according to mod - Haanja_Zombie If you don't like it.
Then you will be able to play the game in the original.

*If it's Skyclad, you can find it in the normal folder, and the other versions in Broken.

That's not entirely true to be fair. There's a handful of games that put out 'clean' versions on Steam and then "suggest" that you go to other websites and download a free uncensor patch. Demons Roots and Black Souls come to mind, where the games don't have porn in them, but the devs heavily suggest that you "Go to this website here to patch your game", which is the patch that restores all the porn.

18+ games are allowed on Steam, it's just Steam has weird guidelines. They're uber strict when it comes to non-English games it seems like since you see soo many English language porn games get uploaded there just fine, but a lot of JP, KR, etc devs need to jump through hoops.


For example, as far as I know, Alicesoft can't put the Rance games(Probably one of the most iconic Eroge series ever) since rape's a big part of the IP.


But then something like Priestess Lust, a f2p game with English text and has goblin/minotaur rape is perfectly fine to be on the platform.

I already updated my Performance Mod to v1.2.0, so you don't have to do it by yourself, but I will explain it to you for future, so you can do it without anyones help.

It's as simple as gas station construction:
1. First extract your game.
2. Now open "boot.config" file, that is in "SiNiSistar2_Data" folder, and copy key "build-guid=" from it.
3. Next open mod's "boot.config" file and paste there your new "build-guid=" key by replacing old one.
4. Now you can install mod.

P.S.
Build GUID is "Globally Unique Identifier", and game uses this to track its assets, so you should always use newest Build GUID if "boot.config" file has it there.
