I also found these scenes disgusting. Only the scene with the manual treatment of huge breasts seemed at least somewhat cute

Really solid game, but I was left dissapointed by the final level, especially after the tease from the basement... Definetly could've invested in some more scenes or different outcomes with the demihumans and the people from the village. Latest update was nice but makes me worry if they're working on game 3 or will just milk this one for some time (which is totally fine with how much effort this thing mustve took). Final boss was also very, meh? Got game over on that scene after "defeating" it because I thought it was the start of phase 2 or something, but you just needed to mash. And yes, that is my fault, but throughout the whole fight I thought that what I was playing was the "pre-boss", because you just don't fight it at all...
to be fair, you fight against an all-powerful eldritch abomination, in most cases and story you never fight them head on but through some kind of survival attrition battle in which you try to enact some banishment ritual. although i understand well how many people don't realize that the final sequence is scripted and you need to resist to win

Personally, I fell in love with both the first game and sinisistar 2 solely because of the cute pigs. Either way, I'm most looking forward to updates related to pigs or parasites. In the first game, parasites infected nipples and gave birth. It was incredibly beautiful and hot.
As for the guru and blood, I find it incredibly disgusting and try to skip all such scenes... I wish I knew in advance where the death scenes were or had a checkbox to avoid them. Brrrrr, so unpleasant.

Is there a way to see the text for all status effect? I can only check the menu to see status for some game ending scenes
While reviewing mod, I checked unnatural animation parts that reveal her ass.
I modified these parts by referring to the sample asset, and patched it.
Additionally, removed some noise in cg.
