A grim, pixelated, platformer ryona game, small in gameplay scope, but with plenty of h-scene variations. I dig the style of it, and the pixel art is quite detailed, in all honesty. You can even enjoy all of the Scenes and CGs avaliable through the "Reminiscence" option, essentially the Gallery of the game. The price, however, feels a bit high for the general content received in the end, so you might want factor in that, as well, in your calculations.

This is my personal favorite H-Game.

5/5 - ART, SOUND, AND MUSIC
It's visually stunning and atmospheric, thanks to its style, soundtrack, and sound design. Almost every single moment is a painting, and nothing is reused. However, there is a cost to this commitment to quality, and that is the incredible amount of time it took to produce this game. Every hour of gameplay takes around a year to produce. I think that puts into perspective how meticulously crafted the game is.

    5/5 - GAMEPLAY AND MECHANICS
The gameplay is basic yet pleasant. While it does force you to master the principles inside that basic framework, as any well-designed game should, it never becomes a difficult struggle thanks to the really accessible checkpoints that guarantee you never lose more than a minute of your time. This is perfect, and it should be standard for games that include pornographic content when you lose. Nothing irritates me more than a porn game that requires you to lose in order to view the content, only to throw you a game over and force you to waste several minutes of your time.

I think a lot of people take the gameplay in platformers like this for granted . The fact that the controls flow well, are functional, not frustrating, and not buggy already makes it one of the best platformers on the website. The only things this game could have probably used to deepen the gameplay are a magic system and a few more moves that are unlocked through the story, but it's hard to complain when the game was clearly, intentionally, keeping its gameplay simple.

    5/5 - STORY
I've seen a lot of people remark that this game lacks a plot, and you can imagine how infuriating it is to watch people simply ignore the clear environmental storytelling and attention to detail that this game puts into practically every location. There are so many tiny pieces of art and moments that tell their own tale and demonstrate a history of this area, and the game allows you to put together a story via your imagination without a single word of dialogue. This kind of storytelling is ideal for the Lovecraftian horror direction the narrative takes. There are several interpretations of the history of this location, how it came to be the way it is, and what the horrific threat is. Not to mention the soft-story telling that results in non-game over sex scenes that effectively allow you to be raped, and while nothing is explicitly said, if you allow yourself to become immersed in the game, this is its own diametric story beat that can add a lot to the world and your experience with it.

    5/5 - PORN
This is the most subjective evaluation I'll have since this is a hardcore, guro game that nails it better than any other on the website. That being said, here is where my first critique comes in. As hot as the material in this game is, it often overlooks one key feature: the sexual nature of the game overs. Although not every game over is intrinsically sexual, it doesn't mean they aren't hot to a degenerate like me. Some of them absolutely deserve a little more lewdness. I'll give you an example: at one point, the main character gets converted into a monster for a game over, which is horrifying, consequential, and somewhat sexy, but that's all she does. What would have really made this game over completely gold is if she had transformed into a monster and then proceeded to have sex with another of its kind, demonstrating not only a physical transformation but possibly a mental one as well, while also mixing in that sexual element that hopes to get the neurons and blood flowing.

CRITICISM OF THE DESIGN PHILOSOPHY: As I already said, this game ruthlessly prioritizes quality above everything else. Practically every screen features a distinct enemy or event, every level has unique music, and almost every sex scene has unique voice acting. It's unrivalled in terms of polish, yet judging by some of the game's recent poor ratings, it's being taken for granted, if noticed at all. The game may have a wonderful environmental narrative and some guys will blame it for having "no plot or lore." Or the game can opt to have absolutely no filler and people will call it short despite having just as many sex scenes and game overs as its contemporaries (trust me, this game enough H-Content that a full gallery on XVIDEOS is 38 minutes long).
This game really needs to double or treble up on everything except the game overs, art, and music.
What exactly do I mean? I mean to stretch and, yes, reuse its assets. As previously said, Sinister will often have an enemy that appears only once. After spending weeks designing and animating a monster, no one would complain if it appeared a few times.
Every level has painstakingly drawn pixel art backgrounds, but I feel like they could have been turned into two or three levels by repurposing a variety of existing assets.
I can't say if this would improve the game, but it would surely make it seem more like a game rather than simply a dark fantasy porn gallery. Perhaps a little filler could have helped pace the game. I know this game might have been twice as long with the same content and I wouldn't have complained. Perhaps that's a missed opportunity to improve the game in the eyes of those claiming it's too short, when in reality, the game is just dense as hell.

    I don't get it.

Lose to H, Lose to reload, half of the things insta-kill.
There's clothing damage that's very rare to see because insta-kill is expected
There's parry-ammo, but outside boss battles death is faster.

instant level sub-stage respawns and re-playes, becausse killing you is the only thing this game aims for...

The game's made to kill you, that's it, feels like any art, sound gameplay options are wasted for it.

This game is truly an hidden gem.
The pixel art is awesome: dreadful, oppressive, dark, suffocating. Clearly inspired by Lovecraftian novels, the different areas in SiNiSistar never fail to arouse morbid and eerie curiosity... I constantly had this sensation running through my mind, telling me I shouldn't be there, because something horrible and unnatural awaited me after the next door...

But enough talk. Let's get to the most important part: Sex Stuff!

Well, there isn't. Or I should say, there is, but as you can expect, it's as gruesome as the rest of the game. Everytime our Sister Rabiane falls in battle, the enemies will waste no time and have their way with her. You might think they will just violate her, right? You wish. It's far more likely that she'll end up horribly murdered or mutilated, as shown by the well crafted (and, of course, uncanny) CGs. But, hey, at least most of the times her dress is ripped, revealing her ample breasts as she gets butchered! Meagre consolation...
So, know this: if you're easily impressed and blood/gore unsettles you, stay away from this game. If you're a sick psycho like me, or you don't mind heavy scenes, go ahead, because it deserves to be played.

    What about the gameplay?
Incredibly simple, but functional. Basically, you have three actions, mapped on Z,X,C by default: jump, attack with sword, shoot arrow, with a simple "crosshair" to direction your arrows upwards or downwards. You can recover arrows by killing certain enemies or destroying some particular statues. Despite its plainness, the combat system works and its quite satisfying to slash through foes. The difficulty is on a basic/medium level for all the adventure, with the post game areas offering a bit of a challenge.

Too bad the game is REALLY too short.

You'll need 60-90 minutes or so to unlock everything, basing on your familiarity and skills with 2D sidescroller games. There is a gallery, unlockable after beating the final boss, so you don't need to let enemies slaughter your poor Rabiane to witness all scenes. (unless, as I repeat, you're a sick psycho as myself)

Musics are as oppressive and eerie as the rest of the game, I LOVED every single one of them.

I'd say this game deserves 4 stars out of 5. Could've been a solid 5 stars, but the sheer simplicity of the gameplay, the lack of story and lore whatsoever and the very short duration prevents me from doing so.
    RECOMMENDED.

    Version: v3.0.0

I dont often see a horror action game on this website, so i was quite eager to try it out and its been alrightish~.
This game has pretty good boss fight and terrifying beauty to it that makes it pretty unique. Yet the main problem is how janky the controls are, and how basic as all hell the combat is. You only really got a ranged attack and melee attack and that is all that you will get, which is sleeper gameplay.

    Good game with simple mechanics.

Dropping a review because I really really felt the needed to give this gem 5 stars. I will come to the review of the general points of the game but first and foremost: This game is worth the download and even the ~12 dollars.

    1. The gameplay: 5/5

The gameplay is very simple, you shoot arrows (holding the button for shotting arrows will give you the opportunity to change the angle of where to shoot it), slashing with a sword, jumping, walking and crouching. Yet these simple mechanics can be used in interesting ways when it comes to boss fights with specific mechanics, and even regular enemies which have particular way of defeating them (don't wanna spoil too much but for example later there is an enemy type with a shield). So overall this part of the game is very solid.

    2. The visuals: 10/5
Not only the pixel sprite animation and standing pic changes during H-scenes are of high quality, the levels in particular are absolutely stunning. The enemies look very spooky and disgusting (which doesn't exclude the fact that they are very well drawn) which is also a plus since the game is themed that way. I don't often see H-games which not only score high in the scene department, but also in the visuals of the level design etc. so this really stands out here.

    3. The sounds: 5/5
The protagonist is voice acted during scenes and combat, which I really enjoyed (same goes for all the nasty creatures). The soundtracks and the background sound of the area really emphazise the horror feeling of the game.

    4. The story: 3/5
There are no dialouges in this game, which makes it hard to follow the porpuse of the whole journey (at least for me, correct me if I'm wrong). At the end the whole journey and buildup will make sense in the end, but overall the story isn't particularly important nor does it need to make a whole lot of sense since the game rather focuses on the horror feeling than making sense storywise.

I conclude this in saying again this game is a masterpiece and the developer is working on making a sequel of it, so stay hyped for that.

    Captain Crash

A pretty standard h-platformer, though the content definitely won't be for everyone.

On the art side, the presentation is very good. The environments and enemies all look detailed despite the pixellated style due to good shading and placement of pixels. Enemies manage to look textured through smart use of shading, and all the enemies and bosses are also quite well designed with plenty of creatively creepy and disturbing designs.

The actual porn, if you can even call some of it that, is pretty screwed up though. I'd consider myself into some pretty weird stuff but even compared to some other horror-themed porn games this one was too much. Around half of the animations you're meant to fap to involve the heroine being gruesomely killed, ranging from dismemberment to being eaten alive by giant spiders. Obviously this game is aimed at guro fans, but most people will have a hard time getting aroused by this game.

The actual gameplay is quite simple, but works well enough like classic Castlevania titles. The character can feel rather stiff to control at times, though, due to slow movement and a complete lack of momentum in the air meaning you stop in your tracks horizontally if you attack mid-air. It also makes the platforming mostly trivial. It's also quite forgiving with checkpoints so it's not nearly as difficult as Castlevania, but it's challenging enough to stay engaging.

There also isn't much in the way of story, and the music and sound effects other than the voice-acted main character have a very "royalty-free" feel to them, which tends to hurt the immersion.

Regardless I'd still consider the game worth a play if you're into horror as the monster designs can be quite creative, and there are a multitude of references to other horror or horror-inspired games such as Clock Tower, Castlevania and Bloodborne.

    Umlautenment

I don't nope out of hentai games for much, but this one got me. Take that graphic violence tag seriously. I saw the iron maiden boss, quit and deleted before I could risk seeing that bad end. I don't mean to yuck anybody's yum but I don't see how people can get a wank out of this. If you are into guro though, this will be your jam. In spite of not liking it I do have to give it a good score, it's a well made action platformer with some real nightmare fuel that would honestly work well as a non-H game.

    Beyo

When I first played this game, this game played like a dedicated guro game. In fact, most of the early stages are more nightmare fuel than fap material, which could be off-putting for fellows not used to this madness. However, after playing through this game, I realized that without the gore and brutality, this game's lewd counterparts wouldn't be as effective nor as rewarding. The horror in this game is constant, tense, and sometimes lewd. You need the gore and lewd together so as to remind the player that everything in this world is dangerous, from rapey monsters, starving creatures, and sinister abominations. With no stakes in play, SiNiSistar loses its touch of darkness and danger, and becomes just a porn game. Thankfully, SiNiSistar is more than that - it's an experience.

SiNiSistar is a 2D action horror game with a focus on gore, death, despair.

    STORY++
Not much to the story. A sister is sent by the church to a cursed land, where she exorcises monsters and brings peace to the land.

    GAMEPLAY+++
Kind of a basic combat system. A sword for melee damage and a bow for ranged damage with limited arrows. I like that the game forces you to use the bow during some boss fights since all the ads drop arrows for you. It's also just a really useful weapon. Boss fights are also simple, since they had to be designed in a way to fit the basic combat system. Because of that, most of the boss fights are a joke, except for some that can kill you in 1 hit.

    GRAPHICS++++
High quality pixel art. Character designs of Rabiane and the enemies are also of a high quality. The levels have a dark, bloody atmosphere, which i think fits well with the theme of this game. All the sex scenes are animated and i also like that there are some game over scenes as well.

    SOUNDTRACK++++
Not much to say really. It fits well with the rest of the game, giving you a creepy and haunting experience. I really like the OST for the church and some of the boss fights.

    EXTRA
The game focuses more on a dark horror theme and atmosphere, so the gameplay itself is not really anything special. Once you beat the game you unlock 2 extra levels with new enemies and bosses, as well as a gallery where you can view all the sex scenes (even those you have not experienced yet). You can also change your costume and have infinite arrows (Which is kind of OP).

    REVIEW
SiNiSistar is a good action horror game with a focus on death, despair, gore and a dark atmosphere. Gameplay and story are kind of basic, but everything else is of a high quality. The game itself is short, like 2-3 hours at best. If you are looking for a good action horror game to pass the time, i think this is a good choice.

    Sword of Slaanesh

This game has left me speechless.

It's short (3-5 hours max) but beautifully crafted; the pixel art is lovely, the soundtrack is pleasant, and the gameplay is enjoyable.

It even left me longing for a Souls-game in this dark, sadistic and brutal world.

Work of the highest quality, and a MUST play R-18 game.

Verbatim copied from my reply because I didn't know how to rate like an idiot.

Came here after seeing the Sinisistar lite on Steam. Have to admit, I was apprehensive at first due to the vore aspect but found myself really in love with the artstyle.

Ended up buying the game on dlsite and on steam to support the creator further. I really hope the developers can further develop the series, and hopefully their career.

    Great upload 5/5

    v3.0.0
A side scrolling horror game with gross monsters and some rape/gore elements. Unfortunately the side scrolling gameplay is simplistic. A key to jump, a key to attack, and a bow and arrow attack with limited ammo. The art is very beautiful, but the gameplay is slow and plodding. The character moves very slow, and some of the boss fights call for a precision the game's controls don't really have. Not very fun though maybe worth checking out if you like disturbing content as some of the deaths are pretty gruesome.
  14. 2.00 star(s)

    caseymj21

This game is not very good, sadly.

The lewd stuff in this game is pretty much all gore. If you don't like that, you'll find a few scraps here and there, but you'll be going through a lot of gore scenes trying to find it because they seemed to throw them in randomly. Humanoid plant monsters with hentai tentacles coming out of them? Surely thats a penetrating sex scene, no? Nope, they just grab you and rip your head off.

I had really high hopes going into this, stuck through to the 3rd level hoping to get something decent out of this. The gameplay isn't difficult, just frustrating and poorly made. Your basic attack has a really unclear swing arc, sometimes hitting things and sometimes not, and every like 1 / 10 times the bow your character has will just decide to shoot perfectly straight regardless of where you had aimed it.

There's no better example of this than the second boss. What should we have for our character that doesn't have a reliable way of attacking up? Hazards falling from the sky! Sure, your regular attack has a bit of clearance above your head, but couple that with unclear and wonky hitboxes from both your attack and the hazards falling, and you're in for a bad time.

The one saving grace of this game is the art. Whoever did the art for this game went absolutely wild and it certainly shows. They had incredible passion for the project and really put effort into it, I just wish it was for a better game.

Interesting game but this is more of a survival horror game than a porn game imo. I wouldn't fap onto this just to clarify things. The game is short. The battle system is very limited (only 2 weapons). You can't dash, protect or evade which leave the game with basic controls. The bosses are quite easy and some frustrating (spider and pig i'm looking straight at you). The ambiance is there and the music as well (that's why i gave it 3 stars). Another thing that i liked is the end boss (before the credits, i won't spoil it ;)

Made me rage more than Dark Souls. 10/10

On a more serious note, this game is actually great. The gameplay is challenging, yet satisfying. The atmosphere is dark and ominous, which makes the radiant magical attacks look even better due to the contrast.

I must admit I don't really like some of the scenes... Gore is a bit too much for me- But even then, I can still appreciate the amazing art, animation and sound design that went into them (and of course, the rest of the game).

Hell, you don't like the h-scenes?
There's a version without them. Try that. It's still worth it.

Great gameplay great atmosphere. The game and its autosaves do make it really easy for you to check out all h-animations and endings in one run. Its a bit easy as well because of the autosave, it refreshes health and all arrows.

Surprisingly good game, nice ecchi-art, may not be everyone type with the body horror and vore.

Solid game design and atmosphere with a typical Lovecraftian vibe
But giving the theme of a medieval evil spirit, some magic would spice up the gameplay

Looking forward for the sequel and Uu to continue deliver good stuff.

    Stroym

A decent metroidvania with pretty pixel graphics and awesome atmosphere.

Another example of a game that could be just fine without the porn (though it is rather short), if the game was expanded upon a bit (there seems to be some lore, but from what I remember, you get only glimpses into what is going on/what happened).

As far as the lewd content goes, there's a lot of gore/snuff (or sequences that end that way), which is not necessarily my cup of tea, but there's still plenty of non-lethal action, so if you're into monsters having their way with girls, you'll probably have a good time.

This game is so good omg. The artstyle, the animations, the general ambiance, even the gameplay itself was pretty good. I had a great time with this game and would love to see the devs make another game like this.
