Games maintain tags from initial versions. It's always been like that as long as I've been here, not sure why. Guessing there has to be a specific request to change them and most don't bother.
yeah, new MC just sucks. if the original is not going to be continued then this game doesn't hold any interest for me really anymore. One of the charms was the shota MC.

Hello everybody. I'm the developer of the game Lust Guide.
Unfortunately, a while ago, I was banned from my Patreon account due to concerns about the main character in my game, Lust Guide, being perceived as too juvenile. After extensive discussions with Patreon's technical support, I managed to create a new account and resume work on the game. However, I needed to make two significant changes: first, the appearance of the main character had to be more mature, and second, I had to change the name of the game because the previous name remained banned.
After careful consideration, it was determined that a new chapter titled "Sins Of Lust" will be initiated, featuring an updated appearance of the main character. This new chapter seamlessly follows the storyline from where the 0.4.5 update concluded.
This Prologue is just the synthesis of the whole story.
I will persist in uploading the game to this server, just as I have always done whenever a new update is ready for public release. Get ready for a non-stop stream of new features and improvements for everyone to enjoy!
P.S. Don't forget to keep an eye on the Discord server for the latest game news and to share your suggestions in the designated space.

I am smaller in stature but that's not it. I don't put myself really into the 'headspace' of the MC really much (or any real headspace of any of the characters). Think on reflection it's probably wanting to imagine the story as a reflection of a possible alternative childhood? Plus it's something that is /very rare/ here as a game subject matter so out of the hundreds of games that I follow it help fills a nitch that is pretty empty.

This Game was a Shota Game but Dev change it because of stupid Patreon. And the Dev couldn't wait until a SubscribeStar Account get's approved.

It's really sad that the Game Dev didn't wait until he get's his SubscribeStar Account, because the New MC ruined this Game.

Found another one. Probably the result of some sort of automatic Find & Replace for "max" that replaced "climax" with "cli[mcname]" or similar.
(Again, "Thade" is my mc's name.)
As for this one... I don't know what Mom was supposed to be... "he will become a true landlady of sex" doesn't make sense
