It is the exact same game. Dev had a problem with Patreon and his undersized MC, so he started Sins of Lust to take over from where Lust Guide finished. When he sorted his problems out, he went back to the Lust Guide name and started part 2.

I would expect, that this will no longer be updated and all the updates will be on the Lust Guide thread.

Dude, have you played the game? to me it's obvious the dev does not know what they're doing. That's it.
They did not finish this game and are already teasing another one...

I support and encourage talented devs with no creativity, or creative devs with little coding skills, but if you lack both you just gotta keep practicing until your product is worth something before trying to sell it to people or find something else to do altogether...
