I mean yeah most vampires can't have kids, but most also can't survive in the sun, i thought maybe a end of story MC would be able to do it, his sin is lust after all.

I'll be honest, maybe i'm just looking at this too innocently, but what i got from those dream influences is not that he's forcing them to be a certain way, all he's doing is changing their dreams to be something specific, so if they end up with new interests, it's not that he forced them to be that way, he just let them experience those things in the dream and they discovered they liked them
