I've got two questions. There are certain points in the game where the MC has a chance to gain respect with Hugh and/or Kate. As far as I know it happens during the prologue with Kate if you spend a point in Glamour and respond to her with "I'm going to need a partner" and in this update if you had a point in Potency you automatically gain points with both Hugh and Kate.

Looking at the code I can see the point gains for this update, there are variables for them but I can't see where the point gain which happens during the prologue is registered. Is this a bug or am I just being blind?

Also, how important are these respect points? Will they block relationship progression?

Good luck dev. Since there have been comments against it, let me go the other direction and give support to making an actual good game with fleshed out mechanics, characters and story. There's a vacuum right now for Vampires stuff, since the games have been cancelled and it's been a rocky franchise in general, but there's interest there for sure. Make a quality game, with the adult stuff as more of the optional and enhancement of the game than vice versa, and who knows. A lot of popular franchises started out with adult games, but they made a good game first. More common with Japanese stuff like Fate/Stay Night, and MGQ (although that's still adult stuff, they definitely are more a JRPG than anything else).

There's a lot of bad games on here that go nowhere, catering to people that want games dumbed down and to be mindless fuckfests. Those are a dime a dozen, tend to be abandoned, and tend not to go anywhere either. Putting effort into the actual game is what stands out, IMO. Especially since the adult stuff is so personal preference, people whine and bitch and complain about the stuff they don't like and demand just the thing they want, and there are as many opinions as there are buttholes.

Thank you! I do develop this as a porn game foremost. In the past I've personally found adult games with mechanics or sandbox like stuff to be more engaging than kinetic novels. Not everyone agrees, but I try to make the sort of game that I would want to play.

I do like the carefree approach to sharing, but I'm definitely a bit disappointed that a part of it kind of happens off screen and we don't get to see it.

I'll probably hold off on playing the sharing stuff until it's a bit further along/more developed, regardless glad the combat is sorted now and excited to see where things go.

There will be a bit of a story there as her levels progress. The virtue sharing path is meant to be more "normal" depiction, and stalking her to see what happens wouldn't fit that too well. That's the sort of thing that will happen on the vice path. Things will progress, but I don't want to spoil too much.

next update better be juicy after this.

Femdom should be optional, maledom is pretty much what the entire vice route is about so you might want the virtue path if you want to avoid it.

The function calls are there in both the intro and combat intro, think you just missed them. As for importance

Damn man, I appreciate how hard you're trying to answer most if not all the coms. I actually have nothing against them both (even though I prefer MCdom lol), I just like having the option, it might seem weird but Idk. I rly like the feeling of having a choice. It adds to the immersive experience.

Just finished playing and the visuals are great.The plot seems good too ,tho kate is weird she was trying to break or seperate the entire arm of the Mc and later tries to fight Hugh when he presses the stake deeper into MC's chest lol.I guess seperation of the Entire arm isn't as big deal for her lol because otherwise it just looks weird when she was doing extra during the training and later tries to stop Hugh.Also the mom is so hot and I really liked the virtue progression not interested in the vice side atleast for MC's family.Combat is decent too and I hope it gets used a lot more in future and also I hope we can level up via grinding like Rpgs. I want to have high stats for my mc and it would be great if the game acknowledges that during interactions for example if the mc has high stats via the grinding the game and plot should acknowledge it.Things like that make a lot of difference for example if a scene was supposed to have Mc get roughed up by enemies or allies instead of that happening a Mc who has high combat stats instead does good and doesn't get as injured and also hits back enough getting more respect from the attackers.I how we get more content for Evelyn and I will buying the game next month on itchio for sure.But I will be letting the game cook and add more Mom events before I play again because she is the one who I like the most in this game.

Prestige level 2 for the story event and help Evelyn at work to unlock the sharing if that's your thing.

Getting angry in a moment and watching someone get tortured are very different, I would say. Glad you like the combat and stat stuff. I won't be introducing an xp grind or anything like that; you'll largely level up naturally as the story progresses. Ideally a bit more so if you go out of your way to do optional stuff. The plot and characters will also acknowledge the MC progressing as you go from the lil baby to overtaking your peers. Appreciate the support

You would have already met Leah very briefly in the original bar intro. Both her and Mae are Evelyn's coworkers, I would hope that's obvious and it would make sense that you knew them already!

Depends on the character, event etc... Some stuff might just stay in the bedroom and others might have an impact.

That's the thing it didn't look it was just a moment of anger into the the entire spar multiple times had this or Hugh wasn't there it looked like she would have done much worse multiple times.But from your answer it seems that isn't how she is supposed to come across.So yeah it's just was weird to me apart from that combat scenario though her charcter seems consistent to me.Also I am not saying she should behave this or that way I was just calling her out lol.So it wasn't me trying to criticize your writing but instead just talking about Kate.

On the XP stuff that works getting optional stuff to level up more is great too .I really like when games acknowledge these differences.I am excited to see how this plays out .Also more Evelyn lol

That makes more sense, appreciate the clarification. I more meant like a PoV shift from the MC to Evelyn rather than stalking her in that path, so we as a player could see what was going on (or maybe through video/text she sends if it develops enough further down the road), but regardless it's good that there are options now for what kind of content you'll see, will probably stick to the Vice path in that case.

As an aside I really do appreciate there being a combat system to add to the sandbox. It adds something more unique to the game so it doesn't just become clicking and reading simulator, and it generally makes it stand out a bit more (especially as a VTMB fan seeing different vampire abilities implemented is a big plus).
