This update seems to have Evelyn content though, unless "sharing system part 2" means something else?

I think the only part of this game that will require a guide/walkthrough is the section on influencing dreams at night.

There are so many options, the consequences are unclear, and there are infinite combinations: like always repeating the same fetish/dream, choosing two different fetishes, or always alternating between different ones.

What changes if you only influence a dream once as opposed to twice?

It's very simple. Each dream just adds a point to the corresponding preference (max 3 for now). It's only used in the sharing system, might be some other misc uses in the future but we'll see.

Well if I intend for a character stage to have sharing content I need to add that before moving onto the next stage. But that also means doing the normal content first.

Dom/Sub stats are something I intend for their final content stages. So you'd be able to change their behaivour then.

Evelyn has had a bunch of content from the very first version, unless you are talking about sex scenes specifically. She's not a bashful virgin, so yeah, you can influence her to do some dirty things that she wouldn't do with the mc yet.

Aside from a weird bug dumping you where you shouldn't be, the only way you could have seen that is by going through multiple marked events. The whole bar system after initially helping her there is the sharing system. I'd suggest you go into the character settings to make sure sharing is turned off.

Solid update, liked the Hazel stuff a lot but it does still make me excited for when Love and Vice gets finished so this game can get full development attention, given that the updates are a bit on the shorter side. Sins is still a favorite of mine though and looking forward to Kate/more Evelyn stuff in the future.

I don't think releases will ever get much "longer" because the only real way I could do that is by padding out each character stage more, which likely wouldn't be of much benefit.

They should work. If you're looking for the evelyn sharing additions, you have to help her at work first then you should get the option to start it.
