The way I see it, being attracted to someone who looks female, isn't "gay". It's gynephillic, the attraction to the female form. For example, if you as a guy were attracted to FtM porn star Buck Angel, that'd be "gay". Gynephillic = attraction to the female form. Androphillic = attraction to the male form. This ignores genitalia all together.
The 'cuntboy or shemale' argument falls apart when you start replace the cuntboy with a different type of unattractive woman, say a 400lb woman or a shemale. It's clear that being attracted to a fat chick is definitely not gay, but it's obviously not a first choice for most guys or even an option on the table at all. The 'cuntboy or shemale' further deteriorates when you have option to refuse both.
At the end of the day who really gives a fuck? If you do you should probably reassess your priorities and worry more about yourself than others.

May I ask if the protagonist will always stay in the pimp role? So theres no action on him? No chance the player becomes a sissy?
