After the "Nady checks the apartment" event, and the player decides to "walk around" in the park during morning or afternoon.

She Will tell you & Take you to "Vanity & Variety" (Fashion Shop), Next to Bank.
James doesn't need to have had Sex with Nady; BUT,...
First Visit: Dressing Room - Chris has Sex with Devil - (I bought School girl Outfit)
Second Visit: Has Chris Has Sex with Penny - (Buy Sexy lingerie)
Use BOTH or Either outfits for Strip Show.
