The reason is its an AI generated translation. And its embedded into the _en.exe. Antivirs don't like the AI shit and will flag it.
If you dont trust the game here is how to play it without security risks:
Windows search > Turn Windows features on or off > enable Windows Sandbox
It gets installed as an application (might need restart). Run it, open browser, download the game, ignore any AV warnings and play it. When you are done just close the Sandbox and everything will get wiped. Even if it had a virus it won't affect your real PC. You need a fairly recent CPU and virtualization enabled in your motherboard BIOS.

1. As an added bonus, you can easily run fullscreen only games in a window!
2. You can easily copy-paste files/folders/links between your host & virtual PC
3. This is still a pirate website. Despite admins' best effort you should expect a malware and not run stuff you download here blindly because it's only a matter of time until you execute some hidden malware. You should look into permanent virtual machine for running pirated .exes you download on the internet.

don't even need to use a vm. Just block outbound with windows firewall and use official nwjs to run the game
You can unpack the files in the exe with evbunpack

after finish this game , i can say this game have a lot of potential. i hope next time they can make game like this with more scenes 8/10 for art , 7/10 gameplay

People don't like the game cause it's packed with viruses, has almost no gameplay and uses the wrong tag.
Imagine if the game you installed was advertised as a hot mommy RPG adventure but the character you play as is a twink with daddy issues.
