I went pure love route. It takes a lot longer for anything to happen but it's worth it.
You start to see it properly during the holiday but it's a few days after that when they get intimate.

As @Nobelium already mentioned, Bella can come to respect you on the submissive route. The MC will act as a protector of Bella in future updates, that way he'll be able to show her he genuinely cares for her, despite the power dynamic in their relationship.
Interesting idea, but I'm not keen on adding another whole branch, but maybe I could introduce it as part of a roleplaying scene (or multiple scenes) on the harem path. But as Liza is so sexually naieve I think I have a hard time making it work narratively.
