I play the game 1.2.1 from OP's first post. There's no extras in game folder, and even you unpack and decompile all scripts, there's no extras there as well. The extras are published only for version 1.1.6 which quite a few people mentioned in this thread. I posted how to use extras from 1.1.6 in 1.2.1 and I don't understand why you're not happy about.

If you so sure, that extras are there, please share the file list.

Walkthrough / Scene Gallery (1.16 Uncensored Edition Extra Scenes)​

Since Lain is still MIA, I updated her mod to the game's latest version.
I also updated the colors for Good and Bad choices to work better on my monitor, this might help others who were having similar issues too.

can any of the walkthrough still be used with 1.2.1? I tried installing both files and it gave me a parsing the script error and wouldn't even load up. I kind of expected it for obvious reasons...but i'm hoping i can at least get the walkthrough mod.

Edit: wait...i thought this game completed a while ago...did this new patch 1.2 just come out a week ago? and if so do we know if modder is going to update?

The author of the WT you quoted seems to have died a while ago from what I've gathered.

I tagged another modder and asked if he has interest in making an updated WT for this game but I got no response.
The only thing v1.2.1 adds is music and some other minor things that can be ignored.
If you want the WT and schoolgirl patch play v1.6.1, it works perfectly fine.

Hello FatYoda. Nadira is right. Lain, the original modder, has been missing from F95 for quite some time (no clue what happened to her), and Lord Ashram who took over some of her work, including this one, passed away almost two years ago. RIP indeed, he was an awesome guy

I played Sisterly Lust quite a long ago, so maybe it's time to give it another chance. I will try to take a look at the mod code, and maybe, just maybe, make it compatible with the latest v1.2.1 version. But no promises. It will depend on how deep are the changes between the original v1.1.6 codebase and the newest v1.2.1.

I appreciate that, but i'm not sure it's necessary. I mean it might help others who show up late so they dont have to comb chat or ask about it, but from what i can gather the game was done in 1.1.6. The last update added music and the other guy said "some other minor things". so it sounds like there isn't any more story or anything. But it obviously wouldn't be a bad thing and we always appreciate other modders stepping in to help out. So if you do decide to do it thank you!

Edit: I'm pretty indifferent to music in these games cause it's usually not great, but the changelog does say it adds sound.....and sound effects are a big deal So you do you sir, if you wanna step in for this that'd be great!

The other minor things I didn't mention are achievements and you can connect a sex toy to the game... I think that's useless.

yeah the sound effects are the only reason i would want it. but i could possibly just drop the sound folder from 1.2.1 in without it causing a problem...actually i bet it wouldn't work anyway...the coding needs to call the sound at specific points and it wouldn't do it.

I'm already into this. There are quite A LOT of changes, but mostly related to the new Replay gallery (this is a huge change, the mod added a replay option to previous versions, but the latest official release have a built-in gallery in place which seems more advanced than the modded one, adding extra options like pregnancy), the sound subsystem, the Lovense sex toy code and last but not least a non trivial amount of bugfixes (a few in the game flow, and lots of grammar and spelling mistakes in the dialogues).

For the most part, I believe it's doable, because the game flow itself is still pretty similar. Maybe I can have a working version in a day or two. For now, I'm trying to remove the old Replay system of the mod without breaking anything else, because it's no longer needed with the official Built In Gallery.

Lain isn't missing, it was posted on his Patreon a few months ago that he got a "really really really" good job, and now he couldn't dedicate his time to mods anymore. He was only MIA for a month or two at most.

Ashram passed away probably closer to 2 years ago now at this point, not months.

I'm already into this. IMHO the gallery from the mod is way better. The UI is more streamlined. The one from the game is a bit too convoluted for my taste.
The bugfixes are rather meh... and fixed by Lord Ashram's mod anyway. The sex toy thing is the most useless feature ever added to a VN. And there aren't that many spelling errors either. I don't remember any tbh... Lord Ashram's mod also has the schoolgirl patch, which is nice.

A new updated WT + schoolgirl patch would be nice, but the only one that has experience with Perverteers code, LightmanP. doesn't want the job. If you're really motivated you could do it. I bet you could even salvage some code from Lord Asharam's mod to make it.

Right, I remembered Ashram passing on late summer, but you're right it was not last summer (2024) but the previous one indeed (2023) so yeah. Time flies

About Lain, I don't follow her Patreon page, so I'm not sure about the latest developments. But she hasn't even logged into F95 since March of 2024, and even then, the only mod she updated in the recent years was the Mythic Manor one. I was following her for the Harem Hotel mod, but she stopped updating it, like most other mods, mid 2023 too.
