This will override the changes in the "censor.rpa" (setting the set_special to False). You will not have to delete "censor.rpa" so if they do an update in the future it won't matter unless they modify more of the game.

Same for the Tales from the never ending void as well.... same type of update.

If you get Perv's permission then you good to go and, depending on that permission, you may even sell your remake.
Also only not taking any money at all, doesn't mean that your out of the hood either.
But that are copyright issue and those are settled in or beside court when one party sue another one. Usually the police give a fuck until one (eg. good old Nintendo) sue you.

And last, but not least. If you want legal advise get them from a reliable source (eg. a real laywer).

Hey guys, I'm on Android, so I can't use the Uncensor Patch for my game. Before I download this, I want to ask: What was censored? And, because it was censored, is it still worth playing?
