If you don't know what "SL.exe" is, or where it is, then that's your own fault for not exercising a bit of common sense and reasoning.

Lord Ashram wrote extract to to base dir just because his files are in an game folder in his archives.

You've even provided the very reason why it's that easy, and why the instructions given are simple and easy to follow.

The folder the modified files would have to be put in, is already there. Meaning you don't need to know that the modded files would have to be put into the game's own sub-folder that is literally named game, because it's already there!
Therefore, just extract the contents of the archived file into the game's base directory... Or as Lord Ashram wrote years ago, "Extract in the same folder where SL.exe is located".

Hellooo earth to dodo brain every mod that i have installed so far has super clear instructions for example extract mod into the game's game folder or copy files direct from mod to game's game folder u serios right now im pretty sure not even my cousin would know what SL.exe means in this situation or any other situation for per say and he has a masters degree about computers and programs.

If he has a masters in computers, he definitely knows where it is. The SL.exe is the file you use to open and play the game.
1. Go to the folder you put the game in - most likely called "SL-1.1.6", the SL.exe should be right there. If it's not, you haven't installed game correctly.
2. Put the mod file right there.
3. Open game, have fun.

Oh ok, I don't use mods (so I don't take note of what's updated or not, sorry). But if he downloaded from here, then SL-1.1.11-Uncensored Edition is the version he's gonna get.

Fortunately v1.1.6 is still hosted in the OP.
That's the version to use with the WT mod.
The newer versions are just bugfixes anyway...

All updates are minor bug fixes anyway and v 1.1.6 works perfectly fine.

The difference between 1.1.6 and 1.1.11 is minor as it is only a quality of life update and 1.1.11 isn't the extended version either. So, chance that they will be one who make a mod for this version is low. Also it has a pdf walking, so...
If he has functioning eyes and even just one ounce of common sense, he knows or can find it in two minutes or less.
Combine that with the instructions Lord Ashram gave, it's about as far from rocket science or even brain surgery as one could possibly get. Which really begs the question of how someone with supposedly "so much experience with mods" for Ren'Py games with basically the same instructions, could possibly need "clearer" instruction.
