The only locked scene I have left is the Liza Handjob on Day 19. I tried going on a pure solo route with her and still can't unlock it. Any tips?

Alright so I binged the entire game and got everyone but ISIS. I recall only a handful of scenes with her and it's around Liza. I don't see anything in a walkthrough that shows how to get Isis into the harem and I'd love to complete that part of the story as the rest was a treat.
