There is NO NTR in this game at all.

You can choose to let your friend have sex with his own sister and the mother of a guy you hate or you can keep them all to yourself.

You steal another mans wife.

The only "sharing" that happens is the MC's mother is a dom at work and you can choose to have fun with her and the woman she works with and 2 of the sisters have a moment.

No other men touch your women.

This game is fun. but harem routes is honestly so boring after a couple updates, needs some stakes to spice it up.... cough cough NTR cough cough ;)
