First of all I want to thank Perverteer for one of my all time favorite games that actually had great promise in the beginning and eventually far exceeded my lofty expectations. And while I have not yet played the latest update, at this point, I'll trust you...

Question: Was/is it possible to add Bella's co-worker (Megan? Was that her name?) to your harem? I was on Bella's romance route and avoided her for fear of losing my essential Bella...

Also was/is it possible to get either Riley or Iris pregnant?

I've never gotten Iris & Riley pregnant in any of my playthroughs so I'm pretty sure it's not possible.
Also sex with Megan is only on the Bella dominant path, and even on that path she doesn't come to Belugio, you can't do anything with her on the Bella romance path.

But this update was one a hell of a good job done well perfectly,really. I liked it very much.

I'm curious about one thing. I haven't tried the solo route and I'm probably not going to, but I was wondering does the rest of the family follow you to the island even if you're not shagging them?

and HOPING the other family members come, but they don't fly over with the MC and his girl on day 143. I sincerely hope they all surprise us and join us at the end. On my Bella-only route (I also have a harem route), I only want one waifu, but I still love and want the best for my family, and what's going on back in our home country is not going to go well for them.

Additional notes: If I'm not mistaken...
without the Mom route, you'll never meet Adriana,
without the Lisa route, you'll never meet the Riley, Iris or Lexi,
without Bella (god forbid!), the only thing you'd miss is the one-shots with Hazel and Megan (I think),
I'd have to test it, but I bet you could still have nearly all the content with Ana, Alina and Kira even if you don't follow the Rachel route. You'd probably also get most of the content with Nia and all of the content with Rebeca. Still, without Rachel, you'll miss a lot of the group sex in the game, including Valentina.
Interestingly, Perverteer managed to squeeze in an opportunity to see part of the content with Miley and Sabina (though not Sasha) even if you never play the Rachel route.

Wow! I never realized how many girls you can bone in this game! (And that doesn't even include the Marquis DeSade scenes.) Did I miss any?

And now we get to add Selena to this list. WOW! Also, there's really no reason we couldn't coincidentally run into Sasha on the island.

End the game already, the plot feels like going nowhere. It should've ended like 2-3 updates ago. I really liked it, but now it seems that the dev just "forced creates content?" . No hate, it's just how it seems

IIRC, you had to have done the Discreet route, then romantic mom route (not sure about that), and then I think she'll ask you whether Adriana should come with you.

I disagree with your opinion, BUT I think a LOT of people wanted several different group sex scenes that wouldn't have made sense before this point in the story. Hence, this last part is sort of stretched to accommodate. But there are some non-sex scenes in the last update that I've been waiting for, so I feel like the story hasn't reached its conclusion yet. I might agree that we're past the climax now, though.

Perverteer, in one of my saves i'm only on Rachel Path and she is pregnant, and we are going to move to belugio but for some reason the game ends in day 143 instead of 144, it's a bug or the route is not done yet?

Oh that was a nice unofficial final episode for the game. Selena was a great late addition. Didn't run into any problems since none of my six brides are pregnant, thus I never got the obviously problematic scene. Also I hit the nail on the head with my prediction how the home front would play out (not that difficult to guess though).

Some minor gripes:

- The order of proposals was a bit weird.
- As usual the pictures would not always reflect the text. Like the text would say you are deep inside a girl and the pic shows the head barely in. Also, I wouldn't declare Selena's breasts as "small" - I'd say bigger than most of the past girls, also Nia, on level with Bella and almost got Liza. Some additional renders would solve that problem, but of course, time and resource restrictions, it's no biggie in the grand scheme of things.
- Same for the few spelling and grammar errors that slipped through.

Looking forward to the epilogue. (It looks like I'm out for the sequel though.)

It did initially strike me as odd while playing, but I think there just isn't a perfect way to propose to 7 women in that short time frame with their varying levels of integration, shall we say. On the balance though, not having Iris and Riley be an afterthought seems like a nice gesture (on the other hand, Adriana was exactly where she belongs).

Great update overall though, returned so much levity after the heavy shit with the prudes - definitely looking forward to the epilogues (and the new project )
