I was wondering the same, it seems as if the game is finished (based on the change log) but nothing about being the final version.

If I read some of the previous posts correctly then the game is 'concluded', but is not 'complete' as Dev has mentioned future fixes and a tweaking of one of the girl's routes.

Depends. On her love route, yes, if you creampie her during sex. On the dom/sub route with her, nope.
