You need OSA for LE amd all its requirements. Drop OSA and OpenSex files to your Data floder, then go to OSA main menu -> Library -> OpenSex -> Keybind and bind OpenSex module to some free key, like Num-.
I'm using this module with older 2.02 version of OSA, released by CEO long before his great crusade against OStim creator, so I don't know how newest 0011 version of OSA works with OpenSex module. Let me know if you want me to share OSA 2.02 and all the modules CEO once made.

Interestingly enough I've had this mod installed forever and I for the life of me cant recall triggering a scene from it gonna have to look into that myself.

5.0V Change Log

Added more of encounter spots all across Tamriel.

Revamp encounter features. Each encounter could occur if it makes sense according to the region environments. For instance, you don't expect frost trolls to appear at plains or on the roads because they live at snow mountains or snow forests.

More diverse creatures will now appear depending on the region features.

Improved Road Encounter 09. Now you can be defeated by the falmers.

Bug Fix: Whiterun Orc Visitors dialogue condition required Player to equip Yoke

Bug Fix: Change Location Event 06 with Vice Captain didn't properly work.

Hot Fix: There was no English plugin!!!

Did u use the keyword synthesis patcher? His mods require the keywords in order to work.

Quick note, that's the changelog for version 4.902, not 5.0. If it's not too much trouble, can you post the 5.0 changelog?

OAR is DAR replacement. Performs better and work for both SE and AE, but still in beta.

AnimationQueueFix can work with DAR and fixes a vanilla bug.
