This release includes:

use jdownloader2 for stuff like that. it parses out the individual links which you dont need premium for.

does the advanced gore stuff work for you? I've been running it for a week without seeing anything but all of my mod setups rn have some kind of defeat mechanic or impact effects that could be interfering. normal gore still works

Dunno so far been without issues with his or with most of the LoversLab mods that still use 43 form.

Sadly that's purely anecdotal. Not doubting that they work for you, but that doesn't mean its safe, specially considering everyone has completely different modlists.
Simple rule of thumb, all official plugins are Form44 and it takes less than a minute to convert Form43 to Form44, better to be safe than sorry.
