A. i was not giving a definition for the term Alpha, i was stating that the term used here is misleading in the single instance of this tool, it is not lacking in maturity it's had a ton of development over a couple of years, and i can whole heartedly endorse its use considering i know where it's coming from to what it's become, Look at Monitor's other mods on Nexus and you'll see quite a few still in "Alpha" and they work perfectly.

B. Yes everyone's set up is different, but my point is my mod set up is by far on the extreme end of things, anyone whose just looking for a simple tool to parse FNIS and Nemesis mods with as little hassle as possible can easily use Pandora.

C. i feel a lot of people are suffering from separation anxiety, and afraid to adapt to something that is genuinely going to make life easier as it stands and will only get better with time.

D. i apologize if i came off as harsh was not my intent but honestly the comments "i pressed a button, it didn't work on the first try, tool bad" strikes me as odd considering the Nemesis and FNIS learning curve over the years is on a whole other level of annoying and no I'm not suggesting that is what you said but i do believe your comments pour cold water on something that people should genuinely be optimistic about.

So yes you can wait if you want, but there's honestly no need for this level of overcautious, take the plunge give it a try you have nothing to lose beyond a few minutes of your time, if you're using MO2 just unclick Nemesis and FNIS and there output files, Install Pandora as a mod like you would have Nemesis, set up an output file for it again like you would Nemesis run it through MO2, click the patches run the tool and try it, if it doesn't work just disable it, re-enable FNIS and Nemesis and it will be like it was never even there.
A. Explained twice already why this is still wrong.
B. Again this stems onto everyone's setup being different. It has nothing to do with "plug in and play".
C. Wrong again, and I explained why already. I will repeat: If something works why bother changing it?
D. In reality there really isn't that much of a learning curve and it all comes down to both the user and author when it comes to stability and useability. So its not exactly rocket science.

I have zero need to switch over when I have a perfectly functional setup without any issues.

11 issues reported in the GitHub, major one being, wolf + draugr + hagraven + chaurus not working, and zaz animations not working. Far from perfect, but at the moment fnis+ nemsis is still the way go to 0 problems. But ill give it a month before monitor is finished with it and fixes all the bugs know that he took 3 weeks off for his studies.
There are multiple reports from people saying some pose mods don't work either. Not on the github specifically.

I think it's still a good idea for people to try Pandora, at least to help speed up development precisely by finding and reporting issues so that the author can try to fix them.
You don't really need to deleted your Nemesis setup if you're using MO2, so worst case scenario you just disable your Pandora output and re-enable your Nemesis and go back to it.

I have not made any sacrifices to get nemesis and fnis to work together on vortex. What sacrifices are you referring to? The mods have moved from the alpha staged hence it does not say alpha. Also I am aware nemesis is still in beta but it still works and I had no problems with it. Explain to me how you got pandora to work. I tired it with vortex but I get the msg 0 animation added and no patches show up.
There're numerous mods that do not work with both setups almost anything to do with creatures on Nemesis end that need the creature behavior combability mod borks FNIS and Sexlab anim's including precision creatures, maxsu's stagger overhaul, most horse riding anims built on Nemesis etc, all of these work with Pandora. I honestly wish i could help with Vortex Issues, i ditched it years ago I'm not going to start a Vortex vs MO2 screed but i honestly found it deficient i genuinely have no point of reference with it. Anyway i apologize i'm being needlessly aggressive over this you guys do what you guys wanna do.

The mods that you listed are the mods that I am using (most of them) and I am able to run them using fnis and nemesis. I do not have any of those problems. All SL Animations runs , Maxsu stagger runs, Paragilder runs. Horse animation runs, and even combat animations works. If it does not for you or others it means the step is incorrect.
Each its own I guess.

Paraglider works never suggested it didn't, Maxsu stagger breaks draugr SL anims so does anything that has to do with SL and Horses and Falmers, SL anims for Rieklings and Skeletons also break i believe, the combat side will work the degenerate side wont and the fixes are Hella convoluted Pandora provides a simple button press to resolve all of that.

Isnt Nolvus just a mod collection or are you referring to something else, it's a good base for someone starting out in Skyrim but if you've been modding for awhile you're probably beyond a base Mod collection though i can see the appeal.

I never faced any of these issue but if pandora works for you than cool. I could not get it to work. Your simple button press to resolve all of that is similar to me resolve all my issue using nemesis and fnis together. Best of luck.

I wasn't sure what it was. I guessed it might be a collection of mods, but it looked so much better I'm guessing it wasn't just an ENB, I think there's some new meshes involved. And the video I saw said the AI was smarter when fighting, if that's a mod I'd love to know which one. And it also adds an animation when you drink a potion also making fighting more challenging, which I'm thinking is probably a mod.

If it's a collection of mods, does anyone have a list so I can pick and choose what I want out of it maybe?

How did you get this to work?
I installed the mod through vortex
lunched the tool
got the msg 0 animation added and no patch showing.
I wouldn't know about Vortex, I've never used it.

where's the instructions for installation? I'm looking around the github but can't find it
You only need .NET Framework 7. It installs like any other mod and runs from the mod manager, you also need to create a launcher for the executable as you do with FNIS, Nemesis or Bodyslide. I would recommend you to create a separate folder as a mod to place there the output it generates.
The steps to follow are practically the same as the ones you would follow installing and using Nemesis.

I would add that at the moment I'm not getting Draugr's to work with Pandora. Monitor144hz is already warned and looking for a solution, but this is on the right way. I also think that a separate thread should be opened for Pandora so as not to disturb this one.

Nolvus is a modlist pack, u can check on their site . Thru nolvus u can either use their automatic installer or manual install ( freedom to pick what mod you want).. if you're new to skyrim modding better to use modlist like nolvus so save yourself from headache and frustration.. there's alot of modlist u can choose, just watch out for ppl that selling their modlist
