Admittedly, I don't know many. I browse the Tullius board on arca.live, but other than that I stick to nexus and LL. This thread has proven to be agreat source as well, but another good alternative would be joining skyrim modding discord servers. shakens site just really isnt it, low quality stuff and they have the gall to ask for money.
Honestly outside of the Nexus modding for Skyrim is kind of fragmented, but if you're looking for good outfit mods, I've found modbooru to be useful in keep track of what's floating around free on twitter/patreon etc, also if you don't have an issue with Russians, gamer-mods.ru usually has some Gems once in awhile.
this is not the place for that , you should go to reddit or enb page related topic , but I guess it's silent horizon and RUDY ppl praise those so I'm sure it's good , but you should be the one who judge for that and decide what enb is good (enb is about taste) , not mine.

It's regular free version and it's really lack some optimization. Currently 0.493 and 0.491p are two actuals but 0.491p (p = Patreon) is better optimized.
