Just unpack the contents to Skyrim's installation directory. And yes, anything prior to 1.6.11xx will work. It won't read 1.71 plugins, so please either have those patched manually or have the entire game rolled back to pre-1.6.11xx. This version is mainly for mod developers who know what they're doing.
well it's fine if it's ahegao of somesort, but it's smiling and grinning with un-synchronized moaning, it looks very weird lol
