No. Billyy uploads new packs on the 5th of the month. Anub uploads no earlier than the 10th. Links to previously released packs have already been posted. Use search to find them.

Not MNC, just mesh replacers (so don't use dogsjarls.esp). Also for Le, not SE. The thread has patched textures, so just read after the comment I linked.

Just unpack the contents to Skyrim's installation directory. And yes, anything prior to 1.6.11xx will work. It won't read 1.71 plugins, so please either have those patched manually or have the entire game rolled back to pre-1.6.11xx. This version is mainly for mod developers who know what they're doing.
