Batgirl Kicks into 2025!
The last couple months of 2024 saw more of the Trials of Supergirl, many additions to the Starfire set and even an appearance from Stargirl. We'd seen so much of Kori that we were approaching what could be her debut to the Crisis adult visual novel. I'd got to thinking that her chapter felt much more appropriate for when we melt some of this winter away and approach the spring and summer months.
I was inspired to go back to the beginning and to put a brand new coat of paint to implement one of my first fanart doujins featuring the Batgirl/Bane encounter. The first set of art has been pretty rewarding to share with members using new tools and over 10 years of drawing practice since doing that story and there will be plenty more in the upcoming sets of reward packs.
I've had a few questions about any upcoming builds, so the tentative roadmap for the first half of 2025 is Batgirl chapter in Q1, Starfire in Q2 and maybe some surprises in the meantime. You never know what other members of supervillain underground will have me cook up for these delectable damsels in distress.

Hail, SuperVillains!

The heroes couldn't take me out just yet! My surgery went fine, but it took me out of commission for over a week. As I'd posted in the Lair, I was able to find pockets of time to write and code a new build file. Sound work and other polishing has led us to the latest content drop of the first working build of the Batgirl chapter for the superheroine adult visual novel. Like other chapter releases in the past, I put all the assets together for a working build, then upon completion fold it into the main game file.

Just about all the art made in the past few months have been implemented into a complete remake of one of the first doujin releases under LeadPoisonArt. It's finally in a form that I first imagined it around 10 years ago! It's not quite complete yet. Whenever I do a visual novel redux, or remake, I try to do something a little different with it so it's not just the same ol' story with a fresh coat of paint. If you're looking for the content in the members' links, you'll find everything in the same Batgirl folder you've been accessing the past few months.

Ah okay, I don't see that. My guess would be that content from the game plus maybe unused art gets released as an image pack as a bonus. I'm not a subscriber so this is just speculation.

Greetings fellow supervillains!

Before I get to any content drop excitement, I'd like to address some minor adjustments to the membership tiers. Some newer members have had some confusion with rewards with the Desperado and the Arena Tier. They are now both identical tiers to avoid any mix-ups.

Since Resident Valentines has been on hiatus, it is now a catalog reward in the Assassin Tier with the latest Crisis Arena AVN as the reward for both $5 tiers. Anyone with over a 4 weeks pledge at either already has access to all this. Any further details can be read on the main page.

With that out of the way, I have been locked in getting the new AVN build ready to go. This very well may be the largest single update to the game file since its inception. In the past, main chapters were released with separate bonus material for previously featured characters. This feels like a main chapter plus bonus frontloaded right at the beginning of the story! I also added a little more atmosphere before it begins with the reader actually arriving to the Supervillain Lair.

In the next few weeks, I'm going to get to some commissions that need fulfilled and more assets for another build update in the fall if all goes well. Until then, enjoy the new update and I'll see you in the lair!
