You can earn both Girlfriend and Fucktoy in the same save, no problem.
Step 1. Do not punish her under any circumstance, avoid obedience. Simply give her love until you reach Rank 3 earning Girlfriend.
Step 2. Stop giving her love of any kind and only punish, preferably punish without her having earned it such as slapping her for making cupcakes. This will lover her trust. Also, spank her hard and a a lot. Keep doing this and when you reach Rank 4 or 5 Obedience, you will gain Fucktoy in addition to Girlfriend.
Step 3. Profit. Whatever you do now she will gain both Trust and Obedience. So just have fun.

Edit: I guess there's nothing left to do after capturing the leader and fucking the 2 hole-in-the-walls, to the left, and spitroasting the slut in the middle pillory, and facefucking the blonde to the right....and I correct in this assumption? I HAVE gone through about 2-3 weeks solid of repeated same-old-shit.

Shame cause their games while a little rough around the edges could of led to something great down the line.

It's only really grindy if you are trying to get everything. To get from start to finish can be done in around an hour.
