Again, I don't disagree but the irony remains and isn't any less present.

Edit: On that note, how does someone not making money off of someone elses work (since its here and not making money either) vs not paying someone for their work worse? You say its morally worse, but please explain as from my understanding the creator isn't getting money either way and its all the same shit, the difference is with the former, they can at least win some money in court.
piracy and plagiarism have very little to do with one another.
a. while both include theft, only one includes lying. theft is bad, but theft and lies is worse. there's no irony in "preaching about giving credit on a pirate website" because pirating has nothing to do with credits (and no one was preaching, its was barely a sentence).
b. Giving credit does not cost you any money. I'm not saying he should pay royalties, just say "hey, you should know this was done by someone else", without spending a dime you expose more people to the original artist which can increase their revenue.
c. there are good reasons to pirate, game not being available in your area, not having funds, DRM makes games unplayable, etc. plagiarism does not.
d.piracy hasn't been shown to cause significant sales damage to AAA games, because people who buy games keep buying games because they prefer it. I'm not going to buy a 15$ porn game, and someone who does buy doesn't do it because he doesn't know pirating exists. between the options of me not buying a game and me pirating a game the latter is the better.

I dunno, that sounds like you made a list to comfort yourself to feel less bad and justify not compensating people who provided work. Either way, I'm not derailing the topic any further, so I am ending it here, you made your points.

Classic ad hominem, than a humbe-quit to save face. if you didn't want to derail the topic further you wouldn't have posted that last comment.

Really wish developers could make dialogue in these scenes more fluid and realistic.
That would involve spending much less time developing games and a lot of more time gaining experience and writing ideas from having sexual relations with real people, even if they were only vanilla, let alone some rough porn style harems with BDSM overtones. More than 80% of lewd games basically boil down to corrupting your digital paperdolls... which is not how it works in RL, even in the most depraved scenarios.

The irony is patently not present because pirating work and profiting off of stolen work are two entirely separate situations.
Edit: On that note, how does someone not making money off of someone elses work (since its here and not making money either) vs not paying someone for their work worse? You say its morally worse, but please explain as from my understanding the creator isn't getting money either way and its all the same shit, the difference is with the former[...]
I truly hope that I don't genuinely need to explain to you how lazily profiting off the the backs of people who have done actual work is a supremely scummy thing to do, right? It's not about the original creator not getting money.
By pirating a piece of work, that's it. You stole the thing for your own personal pleasure. Yes that's morally wrong... but not to the degree of moral bankruptcy such as:

[...]they can at least win some money in court.
I respectfully ask you to please try your hardest to not mix morality and legality into the same melting pot.

In other words, there is no need to discuss anything further because in this situation, there's no "right" or "wrong" party. There's "agree with me" and "disagree with me", which is great at wreaking havoc and pretty much nothing else. Both points where shown, decide which point you agree with, post a like, carry on.

For example:
I'm guessing its pure rape?
Nobody replied this yet, and I kinda want to know (specially as I don't see a "rape" tag); But as ohcmonrest said the game does not run under Wine, I don't really want to download it just to check that.

(And yes - several rape games also offer romantic routes or work with a duality of domination × romantic routes. Maybe a better question is about the presence of romance or not).

You're all worrying about art theft, but I'm sitting here wondering why an interstellar civilisation can't just fix planet Earth and stay there instead of spending TRILLIONS of dollars and THOUSANDS OF YEARS to colonise a new planet...

:p

Obviously Earth ran of our those resources to help Mankind fix the planet. The most improtant thing i was wondering about is if we will actually get to impregnate our slaves and the daughters of our slaves. :p

Just wanted you to know that all of the art is traced, mostly from the Erenisch comics as much as i can tell. the setting is also heavily inspired by the comics.
you should give some sort of credit.
I think these images have now been removed from the game. Looks to me like they would appear in the intro section and they are no longer in the version I played. (The one posted 3 or 4 posts above mine)

So yeah everybody, no need to keep going on about piracy. How about some people actually comment on the gameplay

The majority of the example images are from the 30 second intro sequence, so aren't really representative of the game.

I just uploaded the most recent version (v1.0) for windows. You don't need to sub unless you wish to support the developer and artist. If you need the Mac, Linux, and Android versions; here they are.
