Same, I got "Harsh" in all days including the decisions I made, yet, I got "Obedient", I was expecting to get "Broken" as well.
I think I figured out why Pinktea's content is a lot more tame now
as it happens Pinkteas Patreon got put under review and that led to the realization that that primary income source didn't take too kindly to stuff in the older games, especially in regards to rape and various other stuff, so in an attempt to keep that line open Pinktea dulled down the content.

Reinstall. If that doesn't work then...Someone else can help because I have no idea how.
Open the game's file contents, macos, open terminal type in chmod 777. and then drag in the macos doc file into it
I am pretty stuck while training those white haired demon girl... I need to use a Toy, but I dont know how to place this massage staff it, as it comes to work... (3rd training round, where you "stimulate" her usingm finger, tounge and toys...)

I believe there is a previous comment around here somewhere with a fix. You could look through and see if you can find it (I am too lazy to find the post, sorry).
Don't know about a walkthrough but I know how to get harsh in all but one quest, which ones are you having problems with?

You can use the cheat button when creating a new save.
I used cheats to unlock the whole story but I can't change the character like that in the punishment room, hope someone will tell me how
I also found another version like this on the net, how can I change it to it during the game phase?
