You mean to change to that person? If yes i don't know how (i think she was be change by developer)
Simply going to the bedroom and sleeping changes the girl within the Punishment room, it is randomized however

The games by this Dev always are rather straight forward... set a course on being nice or mean, than follow some minigame training and story to advance to the next stage... rinse and repeat

It's just that a heads up might come in handy. I've played the first few games of slave Lord and I know that being harsh or nice has different results that might be nice to know about ahead of time, and I can't figure out how to get this stupid compass thing to work
