I really wanna play this but like, i can not get it to run for the life of me. I don't know if its because I'm on Wins 11 or whatever but rather disappointing to not get it to work despite all the fixes i tried. Forever stuck in the waiting screen.

The first troubleshooting step here should be making sure the game isn't running in a zip folder. Turn on the "show file extension" Windows setting and make sure the folder doesn't end in .zip or .7z or anything like that. If it does, unpack it and try again.

If that doesn't help, try opening the game via a different file. Version 3.5.02 should come with three options: SlaveMaker3.exe, SMM.exe, and SlaveMaker3.swf. Try them all. (To run the .swf file you'll probably need the standalone flash player, which you can get here:

Is there something up with the SDK Slave Creator? Saving a slave leads to an error and then she doesn't show up in the game.

I compared xml's to Chie and there are differences. Like other slaves have no slave number but I had to choose one, and my slave intro simply said "D" even though I gave her an actual intro but Chie's is there and fine, and the order of stats is much different.

It's starting to look like I'll have to copy Chie's xml and tweak myself to become a new slave, or straight up replace a slave with mine. Can the SDK tool be used to make a slave or not?

Okay, I want to try this. Could anyone give me some play tips?

Yes. First, after you set up the game and start, click Morning instead of anything else if you chose to start with items (so you can equip your slave). If not, hit Schedule to set up your day.

You'll want an assistant. Bear in mind you can get an assistant even if you don't have enough gold. You will simply owe the money.

Remember that speaking to your assistant takes a half hour, so you may wanna do it twice or be left with a wasted half hour at the end of the day.

Choose jobs right away to get gold. In the Evening, in early game, only choose mild acts or chores. She will refuse sex or sex acts but may respond well to Expose or Touch, then work up over time to sex.

Scratch that, I figured it out. I had to edit the SlavesList.xml to show my slave as slave number 123, and had to change most image names.

So honest question here. I'm interested in digging around the code of this game, but I know very little about Flash.
From what I can tell (and I could be way off base here), the meat of the code is in the SWF files, but I'm not really sure how to open these, as notepad++ just gives me a bunch of (I'm assuming compiled?) gibberish.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get a look at the code?

swf files cannot be edited directly. Convert the swf file into the source file. Source file basically decompiles the swf files and break it into the text, images or other things that you have used to make the swf file. Once you have the separate things you can edit them and again compile and make your swf file.

This is the best tool that i found to do everything that you need to do in the swf file: 1. Flash Decompiler Trillix (you need to buy this) 2. jpexs free flash decompiler (free and opensource)

I am new to this game and I have a question regarding the final "score" value. I have read the old wiki from web archive, but there isn't much information on "Temperament", should it be high or low? Wiki suggests it should be high, but I am not sure

All scores are positive ones, so Temperament high will give you a higher score.
They arent uniformly weighted, so some scores matter more than others.
For most good endings you need Obedience higher than temperament.

Ok. So complete newbie here. I downloaded all the packs and after digging around the forum finally found the download for the adobe flash player. But now im just confused on how to apply the updates. I'm also really confused on how I'm supposed to combine all the packs. Do I just keep them separated or what?

Combining the packs varies based on where you got them. In the end, there should be a png, swf, and xml file for each slave in the "Slaves" folder. You may be able to merge the slaves folder from the pack with the main one, or you might have to copy individual files into the slaves folder.

Applying patches shouldn't be necessary - the latest version of the game has a complete download. If you downloaded an earlier version plus an update patch you should be able to copy either the main folder of the patch or all the subfolders into the main directory of the game and press "overwrite files" or "replace files" to apply the patch.

Edit: packs might also come with an updates "Slaves list.html" or "Minor slaves list.html", which would need to go in the main directory, not the "Slaves" folder. Not sure how this works if you have multiple packs to add.

Thanks. It was a bit of a pain moving all those files and hoping I didn't accidently overwrite/delete any important files.

Now, I just wish there was a proper guide for this game cause the wayback machine wiki isn't completely up to date. Like nothing about the adissa quest line. Got stuck and have no idea what to do after she's kidnapped. That and I have no idea how to max out the succubus seduction thingie. I had her walk around the entire city naked but it just would not trigger once it reaches 85ish score

Edit: also a heads up for any new players, for your first slave which is almost always Shampoo, if you turn down her love confession and choose to keep her, she is one of if not the best assistant cause the boosts she provides are insane (but only if you reject her, if you accept the love confession, all those boosts disappear)
