Hi guys,
Im following guide for Chapter 1 Good Path.
"22. talk to the second maid. She gives you a key to the ward."
There is no such option, she doesnt give me key. I went through all previous hints 1-21 w/o any problem, but here Im stuck. I even tried to ask at hypno forum but no response yet.

Send me your save file I must take a look normally the maid inside the basement should give you the key after you talked with her.

Go back to the front door inside the Foyer inspect the door a couple of times until your char notice that it s locked. Go back to Anna now you can tell her that s the door is locked and give you the key

We are already 2, and with the main objective of the mansion, I discovered how to capture all the others and I manage to go to the wine room with traps but after that, even though it interacts, nothing happens.
And sometimes I get the bodyguard to fall just eat chocolate but I did not understand why this happened.

i cannot get past even the first spa...
after the disco prologue i wake up and search the room and only find the weird machine. if i use the machine, its game over, and i cannot do anything else in this room so i go north to the spa
in the spa, i can only talk to Sybil, getting a massage leads to game over
i can go west into the sauna and find a buttplug and a candybar there
i have tried getting a massage with both items in my inventory -> game over
massage after eating the candybar -> game over
dropping the buttplug in the spa and then massage -> game over
what am i supposed to do? i cannot search anywhere (only 'Examine')
i cannot get past even the first spa...

Where exactly is this cupboard supposed to be? In the Spa?
Because I can only 'Examine' the Spa, can't search for items there and the items that are currently shown are Chair, Massagebed, Couch and 'attractive item'...
