Loli is anything not ancient (for the race) that looks or has body proportions betwen 7 to 14 years old.
Some context (the Japanese word baba (ばば) has multiple meanings, including a rude insult and a nickname for grandparents)
So the good old 10.000 years old dragon that has a child body, isn't a lolibaba but a loli, as long as she isn't considered old by her race standard.
