waow this last animation feels like we are watching an E3 trailer of 3A game and when it comes out the graphics are nothing like the first time it was shown lol
I can understand a personal need for that, but realistically in R34 it's never required. This isn't about SLAYED either, I just hate when people try to put these arbitrary rules on someone's creativity like it matters, when the very fact that a character is even having sex with someone outside their canon sexuality is already a major change. You can know a character inside & out, but there's no requirement to follow any of that if you don't want to, & 90% of animators don't. Which is why you see even things like different body proportions/giving a female character a dick, because while it's always nice to know their canon this isn't official CD Projeckt Red content, & doesn't need to follow anything laid forth in their canon. The last thing I want to see is every animator making the same boring shit with no variation because their afraid to step outside of canon.it kind does matter when the animator is making the animation with a plot, if it's just a loop than yeah, background info doesn't matter, but if the animation has a plot, knowing the characters makes the animation 10x better. I would rather hear the character act the way they're suppose to than some brainless slut
Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying he did a good job either. I fully understand what you mean, & I do agree that if you use a character I wouldn't want to see them behave wildly different either. I'm just saying in R34 that's more nice little flavor then a requirement. Some like making every character a braindead slut & that fine if that's what they want their version to be. The beauty of R34 is you can take the same model & make something closer the canon if you want. I just don't think an animation not following the canon way a character is makes for a valid criticism, when we have undeniably great animators like Rigid3D (my favorite futa animator) putting a dick on every canon female character. I get what you say i mean everyone is free to do their own interpretation to some degree like cmon ppl did the quiet komi-san full on slut mode and it somehow sticks xD But yeah this work here i just didnt like it "tHe viSiOn" it was cringe af.. not to mention all the other blunders. Yeah I agree that there was way too much happening, & not in a concise way to make all appealing personally. I'd like to also add that the Widowmaker gym animations are worth the comparison.This animation really did blow. So boring, too much loud, unnecessary dialogue, slow boring movement throughout. Some of his older animations were way better.
I'll be honest, I do support Slayed's work & I believe there's potential there to be refined. However he never struck me as someone who really focuses on refinement or QC (Quality Control), rather he seems more interested in showing all the different things he can do in his style. That's not inherently bad, but eventually everyone's gonna notice while there may be a lot happening, it's not concise or very appealing. That's just my view on it though, I see a lack of ambition & desire to actually try to put out escalating quality with every drop.One of the only even remotely negative comments on the release tweet says "Kinda boring ngl, but still great work" and the person who posted it has the single word 'stupid' as their bio. Slayed decided not ignore this or ask what he could've done better, but by looking at this commenters account and replying "well at least your bio is accurate". I think I just don't get why he's so opposed to the idea that he could make better content.

Its easier said than done ngl. Artists like Pewposterous and LM19 make simple loops which is easier to make ALTs of but SlayedCoom's takes way more time to animate and he'd probably have to redo most of the animation.Bro needs to go back and drill the hole deeper but with actual Taimanin models.
