Yes, the existence of a team behind the sign "Sleepygimp" is the most likely hypothesis. Indeed, it's very rare for an author to be skilled in EVERY stage of a comic (plot, script, pencils, inks, colors and lettering).
Nevertheless, even a team needs a "head," a chief-coordinator of the entire work. And that's the one we know as "Sleepygimp". If he falls, the chain of workers under him falls too. That's what is probably happened.
A burnout? An accident? A quarrel with some co-worker? Only him can say it - and it's not so rilevant, after all. Fact is: whatever the reason, updates are currently suspended, without certainty about if or when they will resume. So, in the meantime, let's try to keep this forum still active despite the absence of news.

Well, logically, if you want to get more pages out quickly, you need a team that streamlines the process (one that's only in charge of drawing and creating expressions and vignettes, another that only paints the pages, and another that edits and encodes the pages for excellent quality) as a hypothetical example. If I recall correctly, I had seen a message from SG 4 or 6 years ago that said it took between 10 and 12 hours to finish a single page with the drawings, editing, colors, etc. The team thing is hypothetical, maybe it's just a fuzzy idea and Sleepy is the only one, and he got tired or stressed out by the chatter of subscribers, the drawings, the social media management. Can you guys give me some female to female chloroform pictures (Not male to female, I am keeping The Sniffer out of this) from Sleepygimp work, where the kidnapper woman is not Violet or any one from Le Fey family. I am giving 7 such pictures. Can you guys tell me from which stories these pictures have been taken and the names of the attackers and the victims?

I always find interesting to see the backstage of creation of a comic. Usually we only see the final result, so we have no perception of how much effort and skill is required to make a simple page. But by knowing some "making of" steps, we can better appreciate the final work.
About it, I have another one:
We can see that in the first image are still visible the pencils, so probably it was made earlier and then
some time later SG took it anew and copied it (in mirrored position) for the story "IN TROUBLE AGAIN".
