You all should use Cheetah Engine on this one. Version 7.2 is good enough, even on Windows 7.
Just select the game process with it and "Activate mono features".
Then, when the game starts, simply look for a "4 bytes" numeric variable with a value of "3" (these are your "lives"). Then, whenever the girl wins a first time, go and do your "Next scan" looking for a value of "2". The next time she wins, do that again, but for the value of "1". Then you will see The Variable you were looking for. Make yourself invincible.

Hey sorry for the Necro but this is super important, I ran this in hybrid analysis (something the previous user didn't do) and yes, the game still has maleware and I'm almost 100% cearten of it.

it as the previous user mentioned it imports files from home in a very evasive and suspicious way to avoid detection by antivirus for what is most likely a cryptominer in the background. Now look, I could be wrong but at best this is a game made by the worlds worst programmer who requests far too much resources than he needs to run an eroge and imports suspicious APIs in an evasive way and at worst well, this is just miner. If any moderator is reading this please take this game down or at least get someone who knows what he's doing to make a clean version.
