After Videotaping the scenes (ingame), you have to go to eri i believe and sell her the material. You can view the scenes in her office afterwards. IF you mean scenes where you didnt videotape anything, you have to unlock all the cards and view your boohshelf besides the kitchen. Hope it helped a bit.

You have to make a recipe in book on desk at ayame room when evening come and use it in item menu to unlock h scene
