What kind of cheat? What exactly are you looking to alter?
There is a money cheat in-game, but money is probably the least of your worries. Other than that, you can maybe use a save editor, but it's very likely to break your game if you tinker with the wrong variables.
Does anyone else have the bug of when sometimes moms meter does not go down even after you watched her use the dildo?
Also does anyone else know if i need to download the patch and if I do how do I apply to the game?
