I guess you haven't preemptively created the savefiles.
Open the game, make as many savegames as you want, then overwrite those with the ones you got from here

I dont know if anyone ever posted this here but if you have the error for example YF_HJ_12 is missing you can just copy a different picture from the folder and rename it it will work and show the copied picture it may not be the right one but you can progress in the game again
