I wouldn't call it a mechanic per se, but rather a part of the underlying plot of the game. Two of them, if I correctly recollect, and well before the ending.

The gray haired girl, who is the best looking girl imo, gets impregnated by her dad irc. This is a plot point from Vitamin Plus' original CG set.
