I wouldn't call it a mechanic per se, but rather a part of the underlying plot of the game. Two of them, if I correctly recollect, and well before the ending.
Hmmm, good question. There is no futa content (as far as I am aware), so there is probably a character in the game that is trans. As for which one I have no clue.
Side note: There is some futa content in the image packs that the game makes use of, but as far as I can tell, none of the futa content from those image packs made it into the game.

Is there games with similar artstyle and fetishes except Blue Axolotl's? I like his art and incest/bestiality, but heard his other games have extreme stuff I don't like (scat, gore, insects and snakes).
