When v1.0 the finale starts the trickledown on my Patreon then the Janice 0.10.7 version will come here like always. No idea of an exact date yet though, sorry.

Lol yeah I can dream, a man can dream. But really it was just, he's in a hurry for me to do stuff for free. Well everything for this game I actually finished probably 99% of it on my end about a year and a half ago? Something like that.
The programmer that's a fan, he took over the project after the other programmer left. He's waiting right now to do the final touches after the last release, people are still commenting on either things they want to see in the final release in my Discord, or they are discussing like the balance between the units and everything also in discord.
I think he's waiting until I do this next release of giggle night, which I'm working on right now. I think he wants to get the game mode done for that release and then he's going to hop back over to SBC and completely tie it up. So I think that'll be the final release. So I would guess the next release that lands here will probably be in August? Total guess though so don't hold me to that but I'm pretty sure it'll probably be somewhere around there.

I wish I could give one, but I still don't at the moment. I got a TON of fan feedback from the investors, and some of these ideas will likely be implemented. My volunteer programmer (a fan) is currently helping me with the largest update to any game I ever made (Giggle Night), and he said he will hop back to SB:C and finish it up to v1.0 as soon as this GN update is finished. So, let's all just aim for Halloween. I don't want it to take that long, but I think it's better to just aim far out and see how the finished product works when it is fleshed out.
Oh man, wait until you play this new GN update. It's seriously the biggest and, in my opinion, one of the BEST releases I have ever done. I am really excited to see the fan reaction. On Patreon, I held a poll and one reason it's taken so long and gotten so big is that you can play the entire mission- as Demented Trixie. This mission really worked well for something like that. Not to mention, at this point, based on what choices the player made as Trixie, she can be fairly corrupt at this point in the story, and it affects some dialogue and scenes now too. Making this release about 3 times the size of a normal one. Anyway, I work on it every day!

EDIT: I was cooking dinner when you posted, and now that I had a chance to reread this, I see what you were meaning, the way it got pushed back. I could explain it all in detail, the behind-the-scenes production stuff, but ultimately, Mars, the volunteer programming fan, he had said that he wanted to wait for this GN release to be finished first before he moves back to SB:C. Since I am long done on my end of things for SB:C, I'll move to D:BB and Absinthe's Cavern Hunt. And, for all I know, he'll have it all done sooner. However, I figure Halloween gives him more time, in case he needs it. But, yeah I would still like it to v1.0 sooner and out of Early Access on Steam.

Unfortunately, I still don't have any date. It's completely out of my control and has been for over a year. However, and I'm saying this at the longest I hope that will take, is that it will be ready by Halloween, my favorite day of the year. But no promises. It's totally dependent on when Mars has the time and energy to be able to work on it, as he is the programming volunteer.
