Unfortunately that's a main issue of these type of games. Updates are slow and don't have that much new content.

According to the changelog, there should be a few more

There should be 1 more scene with the Protoss mentioning "Hunger, Kiss". I just skipped through that though so Idk if there's actually anything new there.

No. It's pretty straight-forward that Sarah must and will change in this game. It's supposed to be her perspective of what ultimately happened to her in the story of StarCraft and her transformation into the infamous "Queen of Blades". As such, she will change and cannot remain as she was at the start of it. Sorry.
