It's a bug. It also wants you to analyze a poster on the wall but obviously if didn't chose to dig a tunnel in your cell then there wont be a poster. You chose skip old content at the beginning to get back to where you are with the poster.

So I think you've gotten a few things wrong with names and what not so I'll just list some things that might help:
1. Stukov wasn't infected till Kerrigan became the queen of blades so I think you mean Abathur?
2. No swarm zerg is capable of sentient thought except for queens, unique zerg, and the overmind soo you might want to fix that
3. I believe broodmothers (A.K.A queens) weren't made until Kerrigan gained control so perhaps change it from a queen to some kind of extension of the Overmind itself?

I'm totally fine if you don't respond or anything, just wanted to help

they aren't going for lore-friendly theyre going for a really bad 'trainer' porn game thats based on a popular game so they can get monthly payments for not adding any actual content. You're barking up the wrong tree

No, if you start at 13 there the hole and the poster are there. He comments on both the hole and the poster, but nothing else happens.

dont think hes going to be removed since hes part of the canon game i havent played this game a while since it was said nothing was added since the first release as in no penetration just "feeding scene"

There's a gallery now, you can see the new content there. But as for progressing your old saves.. yeah they're boned, start from scratch.

I just played this for the first time last evening. Although, I’m enjoying her decent into more lewd scenes, I’m kinda shocked that it didn’t take me too long to catch up to the latest update. This game has been out for a year and it seems to be on the slow track due to the lack of content. I may have to shelf this for a year at this rate.

Look, there you need to click on all the objects that you can: poster, bed, tentacle for food, tentacle for holding and call button. For each object there are three items in the menu, I do not remember exactly: "analyze", "explore", "cancel". After these actions, control returns, the tentacle for food will change shape, an additional function will appear at the hole in the wall and the Strukov call button will be turned off in certain situations, forcing the player to take action.
In general, the update is quite successful. Among the shortcomings, he noted only a growing number of blocked items in the "cooming soon" menu: in the wall, in Strukov's dialogues, in the pet. Also, the question remains, what does the baby-zerling eat?
