That was my first thought as well. I get reports of this every now and then, usually its a bad download, redownloading sorts it out. Getting several of the same report together might be a coincidence. Hopefully anyway, because they're fresh uploads and I checked if they unpack correctly. I don't really know what else I would do to address it.
If you use the "Save to Disk" button, then your browser will usually ask you where you want to save the files. The default location may be your Downloads folder but this depends on what browser you use and how you have configured it.
In the "People" folder do you have an "Ash" folder. If you have that then it should be installed. Have you finished everything with Karlee? Ash doesn't unlock in the game until after you have everything with her done? And keep in mind that the Penny update was for her public route, if you're oh her private route you wont see it.
Yep, have the Ash folders and have done all the Karlee content. It says work on recruiting Ash but no option to start. Haven't met Penny yet or started her story, so can't comment on that part.
Ash is through Leah's gym/strip club progression.
Ash should now start showing up in the bar at night on the weekends. If you go into the guide you should get a button for her now as well.
A screenshot of the error would be immensely more helpful than just saying something's broken.
Which ones exactly? There are four different download hosts for the second image pack, and some of them have different servers depending on the country or region you are connecting from.
What is the exact error message that you are getting? A screenshot or a text copy of the exact error message would be very useful.
Oh, Firefox might be the issue. Large files can overfill the memory buffer of Firefox. Try a different browser and let me know if that fixes it.
