All "tomorrow" jokes aside, knowing how big of a buggy piece of shit that Bakin is, Don probably spend more time fixing it than he did actually developing the game.
Like, he literally said "all the content for 4.0 is done" back in April. He's an architect, architects (usually) don't make empty promises when they're nowhere near done.
