then, gift her beer atleast 50 times. (1 beer = 1 trust point) (beer can be acquired in vending machines in commercial bay or residential bay) (money problems? get as much wine as you want from your mom's kitchen, its unlimited, then sell it)
when the carpenter lady's trust is at 50, you can use the option of service when her job is done for the day and she stands in front of your cabin, starting around 5 pm.

do this a few times to raise her lust, raise her lust enough and you can ask her to work naked.

Nope, but I haven't program a way to get the husband out so this scene it's not available yet, that's coming next update.
