The way to unlock the harem ending is watching all the other endings first.

Just save before choosing an ending, do all the different women's endings, then you'll unlock the harem ending.
There's recent posts on Cypress' patron indicating 'bonus days' for the game. There's 2 posts of Kira that are pay-walled, anyone a patron by chance?

The developers' patreon page is under investigation right? I'm not just dumb? That would mean that tropical daze is getting delayed
so a sequel huh? I don't know if I'm excited about it or if I even care
On the one hand, anything that has Jane and noelle sounds good to me
but it seems like the old artist is gone, and that persons art was the one thing that kept everything together(even though it could have been better in the last 2 days) I dont know if the new one can really do it right
and all the new girls aside from the new milf don't really reavh the greatness of jane
and then I'll have to endure the terrible way this guy writes sex scenes and then there was that sloppy ending...
I've never played any of this guys other games, so i dont know if he improved or not. But i don't really expect anything from him.

Sadly that's not Patreon's doing so don't blame them for it.
They are forced by credit card companies like PayPal who are forced by the banks who are desperately trying to avoid getting associated with "extreme" porn so they do nonsense like this.
Adult content is probably the biggest market on Patreon and they sure as heck aren't crazy to ban them just cuz they suddenly turned christian or something. Even though they block profiles for "review" all the time based on other creators most of the time they just push for soft censorship where banned content just can't be mentioned on Patreon and connected pages, but a bigger profile game like this just can't do that cuz everyone knows it's about Mind Control.
If SubscribeStar gets big enough and draw enough attention they'll also have the same problem and if they don't comply they'll loose the right to use credit cards or even PayPal itself.
So let's just hope that THAT part of the market changes and we can enjoy fiction however we want.
someone else might have said this by no, but its not really their fault. Its the bullshit payment processors and others like credit card companies enforcing their ideology. Thats why some people are trying to come up with an alternative, but its hard.

Its actually kind if startling how much control they have, being able to stop people from paying other people for a product they made with their own hands. That's some scary shit.
