Do you mean "Group" for Orgy?
Its been a while since I played and yes Harem and Lesbian should be there but I really don't remember a group scene.

group or orgy not sure the difference but it should be one of them , .. it's one of the final scenes "as it's called in walkthrough (the true ending) where MP has sex with all four women at once in the same scene and impregnate all of them at once also.. you get the scene option after playing each woman solo ending and reloading then you get the "double down on all of them" option .. i'll get a screen for it

See I'm on board with preggo, even if it's not my main jam, and sister porn is the absolute best, part of why I love this game so much. But impregnating mother/sister always wierds me out a bit because of the whole inbreeding thing. I just turn a blind eye to it because I love sister porn so much (and to a lesser extent mom).
A game only gets a thread when it's playable. Tropical Daze will need a demo and then it will certainly have its own thread.

These chances increase for subsequent generations if continued mating with one's cousins, sisters, or mother continues.

I played summertime before this game and I was looking for another fix of something similar. I came across this game and had high hopes, and at the beginning everything seemed fine. Started at 3/5 then when I heard there was voice acting it became 4/5. But during mid game I noticed that the art during the sex scenes were a bit different, and when Day 4 of the game came it felt like it was another game altogether. The Day 5 scenes was far different from the rest and it was supposed to be the culmination of everything. Everyone, except maybe Sarah's scenes, almost didn't look like them. I had to give it a 2/5 at the end.
So my question is, why are those scenes so different from the in game models? Did the developer use two artists for the game, one for the models and another for the scenes?
PS: I guess it's true, once you play Summertime Saga first the rest becomes 2nd fiddle. Summertime Saga spoils you too much.
